Why demand change?
Our ocean, and indeed our planet, is in the midst of a biodiversity crisis and social inequities are growing. One-by-one fisheries are a sustainable, selective method of tuna fishing which support coastal communities by providing jobs, building food security, and generating local wealth.
Globally, these sustainable alternatives are overshadowed by the interests of industrial-scale operations and destructive fishing practices. One-by-one fisheries are in decline.
We must do more to build more balanced, sustainable food systems which benefit people and planet. As consumers, we have the power to drive that change - demand it from your retailers now.
